عمّان مش بس مدينة بيوتها حجر، عمان "روح" وحكايات بتتخبى بين جبالها. لو سألتوني: "لو عندي يوم واحد بس في عمان، وين أروح؟"، هاد المقال هو الجواب. حبيت أشارككم بعض من جولاتي وصوري لأحلى الزوايا اللي وثقتها لحد الآن، من هدوء اللويبدة لضجة وسط البلد وسحر القلعة وقت الغروب.. وطبعاً، الحكاية لسه بتبدأ والجولات الجاية رح تكون أحلى وأحلى!

Amman is more than just stone buildings; it's a soul and stories hidden between its mountains. If you ask me: "If I only had one day in Amman, where should I go?", this guide is the answer. I wanted to share some of my tours and the best shots I’ve captured so far—from the calm of Lweibdeh to the hustle of Downtown and the magic of the Citadel at sunset. Of course, this is just the beginning, and there’s more beauty to come

بداية اليوم: سحر الصباح في شوارع وسط البلد | Morning Vibes: The Magic of Downtown Amman

ما في أحلى من إنك تبلش يومك في "البلد" وهي لسه بتصحصح. ريحة القهوة بكل زاوية، والشوارع اللي بتحسها لسه بتحكي قصص الناس اللي مروا منها من سنين. بهاد الوقت، التفاصيل بتكون أوضح والإضاءة أهدى للتصوير، وعشان هيك كانت محطتي الأولى هون بين الحارات القديمة والأماكن اللي ريحتها "فن"

There is nothing better than starting your day in Downtown Amman (Al-Balad) while the city is just waking up. The smell of coffee is everywhere, and the streets feel like they are still whispering stories of those who passed through years ago. At this time, the details are sharper and the light is softer for photography, which is why this was my first stop—between the old alleys and places filled with art.

ومن ضمن جولاتي بوسط البلد، كان لازم أتوقف عند أماكن بتعطي للمدينة هويتها الفنية الخاصة. أماكن بتخليك تحس إنك في "غاليري" مفتوح، وكل زاوية فيها هي لوحة مرسومة بدقة.

As part of my tours in Downtown, I had to stop at places that give the city its unique artistic identity. Places that make you feel like you are in an open gallery, where every corner is a carefully painted masterpiece.

لو بتدوروا على الألوان والتصوير "الآرتي"، هاد المكان جنة للمصورين. كل آرمة فيه وراها حكاية محل قديم وصورة بتنفع تكون لوحة فنية بتحكي تاريخ شوارعنا.

If you are looking for colors and artistic shots, this place is a photographer's paradise. Every sign tells a story of an old shop, making every photo look like a masterpiece that narrates the history of our streets.

إذا كنتوا من الناس اللي بعشقوا ريحة الكتب القديمة وبحبوا يسترجعوا ذكريات زمان، فهاد المكان هو "بيتكم الدافئ". بين المجلات والجرائد اللي اصفرّت أوراقها، رح تحسوا إنكم رجعتوا لعالم كان كل شي فيه أهدى وأجمل. الكتب اللي بتلاقوها بكل اللغات هناك مش بس للقراءة، هي قطع فنية بتحكي قصص ناس مروا من هون. مكان بخليكم تفصلوا عن الحاضر وتعيشوا لحظات من "النوستالجيا" الصافية وسط زحمة عمان.

المحطة الثانية: جبل القلعة | Station 2: Amman Citadel

جبل القلعة هو المكان اللي بيحكي تاريخ عمان من أعلى قمة فيها. بين أعمدة معبد هرقل الشامخة والقصر الأموي، رح تحسوا بعظمة الحضارات اللي مرت من هون. أحلى شي في القلعة هي الإطلالة البانورامية اللي بتكشف كل وسط البلد، وصورة الغروب من هناك حرفياً ما بتنتسى.

Amman Citadel is the place that tells the history of the city from its highest peak. Between the majestic columns of the Temple of Hercules and the Umayyad Palace, you will feel the greatness of the civilizations that passed through here. The best part of the Citadel is the panoramic view overlooking the entire Downtown; a sunset photo from there is truly unforgettable

وصلنا لأكثر مكان "ملون" وحيوي في عمان، درج الكلحة، المكان اللي بربط بين جبل اللويبدة ووسط البلد بروح فنية ودرجات بتحكي قصص.

We have reached the most colorful and vibrant spot in Amman: Kalha Stairs. It is the place that connects Jabal Al-Lweibdeh with Downtown through an artistic spirit and steps that tell stories.

المحطة الثالثة: درج الكلحة | Station 3: Kalha Stairs

بين ضجة وسط البلد وهدوء جبل اللويبدة، بيمتد درج الكلحة كأنه لوحة فنية مرسومة على الأرض. هاد المكان مش مجرد طريق للطلوع والنزول، هو "جاليري" مفتوح بيتنفس بالألوان والجرافيتي اللي بتحكي عن روح شباب عمان وإبداعهم. كل درجة بتدعيك لتوقف وتتأمل، وكل زاوية فيه هي فرصة لصور استثنائية بتجمع بين عبق الماضي وحيوية الحاضر.

Between the hustle of Downtown and the tranquility of Jabal Al-Lweibdeh, Kalha Stairs stretches out like a painting on the ground. المحطة الرابعة: جبل اللويبدة | Station 4: Jabal Al-Lweibdeh

وصلنا لروح عمان الثقافية، جبل اللويبدة، المكان اللي بِيحس فيه الواحد إن الوقت بيمشي أبطأ، وكل زاوية فيه بتشبه قصيدة قديمة أو لوحة فنية مرسومة بعناية. اللويبدة مش بس منطقة، هي حالة من الهدوء والجمال بتجمع بين عبق الياسمين وتفاصيل البيوت العريقة اللي صارت اليوم ملتقى للمبدعين والفنانين.

We have reached the cultural soul of Amman, Jabal Al-Lweibdeh, a place where one feels that time moves slower, and every corner resembles an old poem or a carefully painted masterpiece. Lweibdeh is not just an area; it is a state of tranquility and beauty, blending the scent of jasmine with the details of ancient houses that have now become a hub for creators and artists

بين الفن والاسترخاء: المتحف الوطني ومايشا | Between Art & Relaxation: National Gallery & Maisha

من أجمل التجارب في جبل اللويبدة هي زيارة المتحف الوطني للفنون الجميلة. المكان عبارة عن تحفة معمارية وفنية بتعرض إبداعات من كل العالم. وبعد الجولة الفنية، ما بتكمل التجربة إلا باستراحة في مقهى مايشا (Maisha)؛ هاد المكان اللي بياخدكم لعالم تاني بهدوءه، وتفاصيله البسيطة، وإطلالته اللي بتخليكم تحسوا إنكم بقطعة من الجنة بوسط عمان.

One of the most beautiful experiences in Jabal Al-Lweibdeh is visiting the National Gallery of Fine Arts. The place is an architectural and artistic masterpiece showcasing creations from around the world. The experience is only complete with a break at Maisha Cafe; this spot takes you to another world with its tranquility, simple details, and a view that makes you feel like you are in a piece of paradise in the heart of Amman

المحطة الأخيرة: شارع الرينبو | Final Station: Rainbow Street

بعيداً عن ضجيج الشارع الرئيسي، شارع الرينبو بيخبي في دخلاته الجانبية وشوارعه الفرعية زوايا في غاية الهدوء والجمال. المشي في هاي الشوارع المخفية بيسمحلك تشوف تفاصيل الأبواب القديمة، والنوافذ الملونة، والياسمين اللي مدلدل من فوق الأسوار. هاي هي "الرينبو الحقيقية" اللي بتخليك تحس بعراقة جبل عمان وتفاصيله اللي ما بنشبع من تصويرها وتأملها.

Away from the main street's noise, Rainbow Street hides quiet and incredibly beautiful corners in its side alleys. Walking through these hidden streets allows you to notice the details of old doors, colorful windows, and jasmine cascading over walls. This is the "Real Rainbow" that lets you feel the heritage of Jabal Amman and its inexhaustible details, perfect for both contemplation and photography

استراحة في تبريزي: فن وألوان بقلب الرينبو | A Break at Tabriz: Art & Colors in Rainbow

وإحنا بنستكشف شوارع الرينبو الجانبية، مرينا بمكان بحسسك إنك لقيت "كنز" صغير، وهو تبريزي. هاد المكان إله طابع خاص جداً، بين ديكوراته اللي بتحكي قصص وألوانه اللي بتعطي طاقة وهدوء بنفس الوقت. القعدة هون بتخليك تنفصل عن عجقة الشارع وتستمتع بتفاصيل بسيطة وفنية بكل زاوية، وهو أكيد المكان الصح للناس اللي بتحب توثق اللحظات بصور بتعبر عن ذوق مختلف ولمسة فنية خاصة.

While exploring Rainbow's side streets, we stumbled upon a place that feels like finding a little "treasure": Tabriz. This spot has a very special character, between its storytelling decor and its colors that provide both energy and calm. Sitting here lets you disconnect from the street's hustle and enjoy simple, artistic details in every corner—definitely the right place for those who love capturing moments that reflect a unique taste and a special artistic touch

في نهاية جولتُنا، حبيت أشارككم هاي الأماكن لأنها بالنسبة إلي مش مجرد وجهات سياحية، هي أماكن لها "روح خاصة" وتفاصيل دافئة دايمًا بتشدني لإلها. بتمنى تكونوا استمتعتوا بهي الرحلة البصرية، وخصوصاً بعض الزوايا اللي ذكرتها، فإذا كان ذوقكم بيشبه ذوقي، أنا متأكدة إنكم رح تلاقوا فيها نفس السحر والراحة اللي بحس فيها بكل مرة بزورها.
